Saxophone, Clarinet & Piano Tuition
Avoca Beach Music Tuition is owned and operated by local musician and music teacher Belinda McBride. Saxophone, Clarinet and Piano lessons are available from the studio in Avoca Beach. Students can prepare for AMEB (Australian Music Examinations Board) exams or focus on contemporary music styles. Lessons are tailored to each student’s individual needs and interests. Students of all ages and prior musical experience are warmly welcome.
About
Belinda completed Bachelor of Music/Bachelor of Education at the University of New South Wales, studying Jazz performance with Sandy Evans and Classical performance with Margery Smith.
She enjoys performing and teaching repertoire from a diverse range of musical genres, encouraging students to explore classical, jazz, popular music and musical theatre. Belinda is also passionate about teaching composition and improvisation skills, encouraging students to discover their unique musical voice and develop a solid understanding of music theory.
With over 20 years music teaching experience, Belinda has been employed as a K-12 classroom music teacher, band conductor and instrument tutor in leading independent schools across Sydney and the Central Coast. She is passionate about sharing her love and passion for music with the Central Coast community.
